Users may place orders as guests without creating an account. In this case, only the information required to process and fulfill the order and send status notifications is collected.

  • Verification is completed using a one-time password (OTP) sent to the user’s mobile number

  • No passwords are required

  • The mobile number is the primary account identifier

  • Name and email address are optional and used only to improve communication

We may collect the following data:

  • Contact Data: mobile number, optional email

  • Order & Fulfillment Data: selected location, quantities, scheduling details, and service documentation (such as photos or videos when applicable)

  • Payment Data: processed securely through certified payment providers (e.g., Apple Pay). Munjez does not store full card numbers

  • Technical Data: device type, IP address, cookies required for functionality, performance logs, and error reports

When using gifting or third-party delivery features, limited contact details of the recipient may be stored solely for notification purposes. The user is responsible for obtaining any required consent from the recipient.
