Definitions & General Scope

Munjez / We / Us: The legal entity that owns and operates the Munjez website, mobile application, and related services.

You / User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Munjez platform.

Service: Paid delivery services for water and meals, including on-site execution and documentation.

Service Providers / Partners: Authorized field teams or third-party contractors engaged to perform the services.

Content: Any information, data, reviews, comments, or materials submitted by users through the platform.
Notice: Munjez is not a charitable organization and is not authorized to collect or manage donations.
The user is responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining account confidentiality, and is fully liable for all activities conducted through their account.
Service Process, Payment & Documentation
Munjez enables users to order water or meal delivery services based on clearly displayed packages and prices. Services are executed professionally and documented whenever possible.
Execution times may be affected by on-ground factors such as traffic congestion, security conditions, regulatory restrictions, or peak seasons.
Orders are placed by selecting quantities and completing payment through certified payment gateways (e.g., Apple Pay). Prices may include applicable taxes such as VAT or other statutory fees where required.
Munjez does not store full payment card details. All payments are processed securely by trusted payment service providers.
Users may track order status within the application and receive post-execution documentation in the form of photos or videos. The number, angle, or format of documentation may vary in accordance with field regulations and local guidelines.
Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property & Liability
Users are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting system breaches, hacking, or reverse engineering

Creating fake or fraudulent orders

Submitting unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

Engaging in activities that violate public order, security, or the sanctity of locations
By submitting content through interactive features, the user grants Munjez a non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use such content for service operation, display, or reviews. Munjez reserves the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.
All trademarks, designs, software code, interfaces, and branding elements of Munjez or its licensors are protected under applicable laws. Any commercial use, reproduction, or copying without prior written consent is prohibited.
The platform may include links to third-party websites or services. Munjez bears no responsibility for content, policies, or transactions conducted outside its platform.
While Munjez exercises reasonable care to ensure service availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy – General Principles
This policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled, noting that Munjez services involve immediate or near-immediate field execution rather than traditional goods shipping.
Munjez aims to remain flexible with users while maintaining operational efficiency and respecting regulatory and location-specific requirements.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method whenever possible, after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway fees.
Cancellation, Refund & Modification Rules

Users may cancel an order before field team scheduling or execution authorization. In such cases, a full refund is issued, excluding payment processing fees if applicable.

Once execution has started (e.g., purchasing, transportation, distribution) or the service has been completed and documented, the order becomes non-refundable.

In exceptional cases, Munjez may offer rescheduling or compensation at the discretion of customer support.

If execution is prevented due to force majeure or regulatory, security, or emergency reasons, the order will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If execution becomes impossible, up to 100% of the amount will be refunded after deducting bank or gateway fees, if any.

Order modifications are allowed before execution, subject to availability. Any price difference due to quantity changes will be recalculated accordingly. Immediate modifications may not be possible during peak seasons.
For gift orders, refunds (if applicable) are always issued to the original payer, not the recipient. The same cancellation rules apply before execution. No refunds are permitted after execution or documentation.
Special Cases & Dispute Resolution
In cases of duplicate charges or incorrect deductions, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. Processing typically takes 5 to 21 business days.
After service completion, execution is verified via photos, videos, or system logs. Variations in documentation angles or quantity do not constitute grounds for refunds as long as the service was delivered as specified.
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via customer support channels with the order number and required details. Identity verification may be requested.
Munjez reserves the right to suspend refund processing in cases of suspected fraud until verification is completed.
Disputes are resolved amicably where possible. If unresolved, Saudi laws shall apply, and jurisdiction shall be exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Promotional vouchers and discount codes are non-refundable once used or after expiration.
Force Majeure, Suspension, Governing Law & Contact
Munjez shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory decisions, extreme congestion, or technical failures.
Munjez may suspend or terminate access to the service in cases of violation or misuse, without prejudice to its legal rights.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and courts within the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
